A delicate, delectable mixed fermentation sour version of our saison Folkloric featuring local malt from Barn Owl. It was aged 3 years in French oak with a mixed bacteria and brettanomyces culture before blending and packaging. Hand dipped in wax and numbered to only 514 cans.
